We currently ship to addresses within India. All orders placed on www.podsoftheworld.in are processed and shipped from our facilities in India.

The shipping carrier assigned to your order will depend on your delivery location and product availability. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays and Sundays)
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: 7 working days from the date of shipping
Total Delivery Time: The total time from order placement to delivery includes:
Order processing time: 1-2 business days
Shipping and transit time: 7 working days
Total estimated delivery: 8-9 business days from order placement
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Your delivery address
Order weight and dimensions
Selected shipping method
Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
All shipping costs are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

7. Delivery Process
Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Delivery Requirements:
Someone must be available to receive the package at the delivery address
Valid identification may be required for delivery confirmation
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate

8. Shipping Restrictions

10. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please:
Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged
Take photos of the damaged package
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number
We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it:
Check with neighbors or building security
Verify the delivery address on your order
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
We will investigate with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue
11. Customs and Import Duties
Since we currently ship only within India, there are no customs or import duties applicable to your orders. If we expand to international shipping in the future, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly communicated at checkout.

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
